These Terms explain the rules for using LeadBridge’s website, AI receptionist demo, booking flow, and SMS/email communications.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using LeadBridge’s website, booking a demo, submitting a form, speaking with the AI receptionist demo, or requesting follow-up information, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. LeadBridge services

LeadBridge provides AI receptionist, lead capture, appointment booking, and follow-up automation services for businesses. Demo results may vary depending on business setup, call volume, integrations, caller behavior, and third-party service availability.

3. Demo and booking communications

When you request a demo, booking link, or follow-up, LeadBridge may contact you by email or phone about your request. LeadBridge will only send SMS messages if you separately opt in to receive SMS. You can request information or book a demo without agreeing to receive SMS.

4. SMS terms

Program name: LeadBridge AI demo and booking notifications.

Program description: LeadBridge AI sends booking links, demo information, appointment reminders, appointment-related follow-up, and requested support messages only to people who separately opt in to receive SMS through a phone call, website form, or Calendly booking flow.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction, but is typically limited to messages related to your request, booking, demo, or follow-up.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply.

Consent: Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to book a demo, request information, or use the service.

Opt out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we may send one final confirmation message.

Help: Reply HELP for help or contact david@leadbridge.me.

Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when booking a demo, requesting a link, or communicating with LeadBridge. You may not misuse the website, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use LeadBridge for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or spam-related activity.

6. No guaranteed results

LeadBridge may help businesses capture and follow up with leads, but we do not guarantee revenue, appointment volume, customer acquisition, rankings, ad results, or business outcomes.

7. Third-party services

LeadBridge may rely on third-party services for voice AI, SMS, email, booking, website hosting, CRM/spreadsheets, and automation. We are not responsible for outages, delays, filtering, carrier blocks, calendar issues, or errors caused by third-party services.

8. Payment terms

If you purchase services from LeadBridge, pricing, setup fees, monthly fees, scope, and cancellation terms will be provided separately in writing or by invoice. Payments may be handled through third-party payment providers such as PayPal.

9. Intellectual property

The LeadBridge name, website, content, prompts, workflows, demo materials, and related assets are owned by LeadBridge or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or misuse them without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadBridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost leads, lost data, or business interruption.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
